IrisKey.ai™ is the authority layer: identity, verification, authorisation, denial, revocation and evidence. It never chooses the best model, and 8ORA.AI never grants permission to act.

Kept apart, each one can be trusted to do its job. Merged, neither can — which is why the separation is architectural rather than a matter of policy.

  • The model is not the product

    Models will keep changing, and the good one this quarter will not be the good one next year. What lasts is the layer that decides which to use, keeps the business independent of that choice, and can swap it without disruption.

  • Work should be scoped like a job, not prompted like a wish

    Organisations already know how to define roles, responsibilities and limits. A digital workforce should be built the same way, so a business can reason about it with the vocabulary it already has.

  • Being capable is not being permitted

    The most consequential design decision in this whole field is keeping selection and authority in different hands. It is why IrisKey.ai™ exists as a separate system rather than as a feature of the orchestrator.

  • Knowledge belongs to the organisation that produced it

    What a business learns solving its own problems is its asset. It should accumulate inside the business, be retrievable by the business, and not become a by-product of somebody else’s platform.
